## What do we need to give you a price?

To fix the price and delivery date, the plan and one reference measurement are enough: the total floor area or the width of one room. Everything else sharpens the result and can follow later.

## What happens after I send my request?

Nothing starts without your go-ahead. These are the steps from the moment your message reaches us.

1. **We read your request and check the plan** (On arrival): A real person checks that the plan is legible and has a reference measurement. If anything is missing, we ask before quoting, so the price does not change later.
2. **You get a fixed price and delivery date** (Within one working day): By email or WhatsApp: the package that fits the property, what it includes and the delivery date. The rates are the ones on our [pricing page](https://homeview3d.com/en/pricing/), excluding VAT, which is added to the invoice where it applies.
3. **A free demo, if you want one** (Optional): Before you decide, we model one room of your plan and send it with [augmented reality](https://homeview3d.com/en/augmented-reality-real-estate/), so you can open it on your phone. If it is not for you, you pay nothing.
4. **You confirm and we start** (Project start): Once you confirm in writing, the work begins. A 3D floor plan takes 2 to 3 working days; the complete 3D model takes 3 to 5 working days, with 2 rounds of changes included.
5. **You review, receive and pay** (On delivery): You get the viewer on a private link, we apply your changes and deliver the final files. You pay when you receive the finished work. Each stage is explained in [how it works](https://homeview3d.com/en/how-it-works/).

## Frequently asked questions

### How quickly will I hear back about a quote?

Home View 3D replies to every request within one working day, and the reply comes from a real person, not an autoresponder. It gives you a fixed price, what is included and a delivery date, or the questions we need answered about the plan first. Requests sent at the weekend or on a Spanish public holiday are answered on the next working day.

### Is the free demo really free, with no obligation?

Yes. A quote from Home View 3D costs nothing and commits you to nothing, and neither does the demo: we model one room of your plan in 3D and send it with augmented reality, so you can open it on your phone. If you like it, we carry on with the whole home from €490 + VAT; if not, you pay nothing and we will not chase you.

### Can I get a quote without the floor plan to hand?

Yes. Paste the link of the listing that shows the plan, send a clear photo of the brochure or, for an off-plan development, ask the architect for the unit plans and forward them later. The floor area alone tells you the price band: a complete 3D model from Home View 3D costs €490 + VAT up to 150 m² and €690 up to 300 m². We confirm it once we see the plan.

### What if my plan is over 8 MB or split across several files?

The Home View 3D form accepts one file of up to 8 MB as PDF, JPG, PNG, DWG or DXF. For anything larger, or several plans, paste a download link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or similar) into the form, or email it to homeview3d.contacto@gmail.com. For a development with several unit types, a shared folder with one plan per unit type is the easiest option.

### Can you quote for a whole portfolio or an off-plan development?

Yes. Tell us in the form how many homes or unit types there are. For agencies with several listings, Home View 3D offers a Portfolio pack of 5 complete 3D models for €2,090 + VAT (€418 per home), to be used within 6 months. Off-plan developments with up to 3 unit types start at €1,490 + VAT, and each extra unit type costs €390. ### Is my floor plan kept confidential?

Yes. Home View 3D uses your plan and details only to prepare the quote and, if you go ahead, to do the work. We never publish images of your property without your permission or pass the plan to third parties. If your developer or agency needs one, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving the plans. ### When do I pay, and do your prices include VAT?

You pay when you receive the finished work. Home View 3D charges nothing for the quote or the demo, and the invoice arrives with the delivered, reviewed files. Published prices exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice where it applies: a 3D floor plan for one floor up to 150 m² costs €149 + VAT, and the complete 3D model €490 + VAT.

### Can I speak to someone before sending anything?

Of course.
