What do you need from my development?

The plans as PDF or DWG, the specifications, the location of the plot and your logo. If you have renders or finish references, they help too.

What kind of developments is it for?

For new-build villas, detached and semi-detached houses and townhouses on the Costa del Sol. We start with developments of one to five homes; if yours is larger, tell us about it.

Does my buyer have to install anything?

No. The showroom opens in the browser of a phone, tablet or computer, from a link or a QR code.

Can my agencies use it?

Yes. They all share the same link, with your brand, so every buyer sees the same development, whoever shows it.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of homes and the pieces it includes. Once we see your project we send you a proposal with a fixed price.

Is Residencial Benahavís a real development?
